  1. Have fun and relax.  The more relaxed you are on the snow the less injuries you are likely to get.  My friend is so tense on the slopes if she was to fall she would break a bone straight off.  Enjoy

  2. Best piece of advice I could give you is take more clothes than you think you will need and shop around for insurance because Norwich Direct is very expensive.

  3. Dont take candy from strangers

  4. be careful,and don't try any stupid stunts.enjoy yourself.

  5. Hey,

Because its your first time skiing on mountains and i don't no your skiing level i'd say if your not that experienced that much take some skiing lessons. and if you are i'd wrap up warm in lots of layers of clothing and stay warm. and remember to stop at the bottom of the mountains!!! And have fun!!

  6. Take a set of lessons, learn to ride a lift safely, get her phone number, fit your boots tight around your foot and ankle.

  7. yes make sure your insured for everything.when our son went to Colorado skiing we got a fab quote from Norwich union direct.

    have a nice trip

whe he went for 3 weeks all we paid was £69.99 everthing was coverd we think thats cheap

  8. Don't eat yellow snow

  9. Look at the weather forcast before you go, if it is really cold wear layers.

Do not wear cotton next to your skin. When you sweat (skiing is hard work!) it does not soak it up, so when it cools, it will make you cold. You need to wear something like a thermal which will wick away the sweat.

Make sure your boots fit! They're literally a pain if they don't.

Also, many young beginner skiiers, are fearless & go a bit nuts, do not go hurdling down the hill on the first day out of control! a) you may not be able to stop & subsequently injure yourself! b) you'd be putting other people at risk!

    But yeah, it's great.

    Have fun! :)

  10. Don't be too competitve once you start learning. But other than that you are just about to have the best time of your life.

  11. Pizza, slows you down

    French  Fry, you go faster

  12. Take extra clothing

    Take a few lessons.

    Have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!
