  1. If you are into mind blowing scenery then you are going to the right place. Kerry, to me, scenery wise, is the most beautiful place on Earth.  I cannot begin to describe how beautiful it is.  However, and this is a big IF, it all depends on the weather. No weather lasts too long in Ireland but it could last for a week.  Its no use going to Kerry for 2 days. They might be the two worst weatherwise days of the year. If so, you will come away feeling duped.  Kerry doesn't have much more than scenery to offer. Depends on what you want. Dublin has most of it, but, that scenery is exclusively Kerry's.  If you're into Nature at its best, Kerry is the place to go.

  2. It is a big long surf beach  people kite surf wind surf there and  also fish. you can rent kayaks and boogie boards on the beach.

weather at the moment is pretty good.

if you like water sports you will like it.

nearest village is about 2-3 miles Ardfert.

largest town is Tralee (population 20,000) is 7 miles away.

    spectacular sunsets somedays.

A nice place for a walk.

  3. Beautiful part of the country if the weather is nice, absolutely spectacular views and people so friendly though a lot speak Irish all the time.

If you are going for a good while you will need to travel around a bit to see the other sites

    Have a good time

  4. Was there when I was about 14. Had a deadly time. About thirty of us went though. Theres not that much to do. It's what you make of it yourself. but it was one of the best holidays I was ever on.
