  1. See you there! lol

    I'm going from 7th - 21st October

I plan to check out some ruins , markets , shopping malls and trip advisor recommend some good ones

I want to take it slowly and 'shop around' first - as of course everyone is after your money being a tourist spot!

If I can take a bus somewhere I'll hop on the bus ... it even goes to one of the ruins

I'm not into the MASSIVE clubs any more so may try out Congo Bar if I can get a good deal on drinks!

Check out 'places to go' on trip advisor - and have a great trip - am SO looking forward to it as have never been to mexico before - it must be exhillerating!

  2. Oooooo- Baaaaaad time to go.

I went in October last year and it was horrible! The weather was bad every day - hardly had any sun . It was still nearing the end of hurricane season - thats why.

I've been 3 times and the best time to go is May - I would re-book if I were you.

If you cant, thats fine- you'll still have fun. Maybe you'll luck out with better weather.

If you've never been - see as much as you can. My fave thing to do is take the Ferry over to Isla Mujeres and rent a golf-cart and tour the island. Its cheap and you can spend as much time as u want doing it. Some great things to see over there!

  3. I think that the first thing you need to know is that you do not have to stay in Cancun the whole week...there are excellent places near Cancun, like Playa del Carmen or Tulum, that, from my point of view are much better...in the sense of natural beauty..

But, secondly, if your main objective in going to Cancun is to party at night, you need to know that Cancun is the place!!
