  1. Dean came and went. Knowing the tourist business I'm sure most things are back to normal.

  2. Go and have a wonderful time. No damage in Cancun.

Here is a wonderful website to check out regarding Cancun and surrounding areas.

    http://hurricanecancun.com

    Enjoy your trip.

  3. You better watch CNN or the Weather Channel.  Cancun may not be fit for man nor beast now that Dean has plowed through it with winds of 150 miles per hour.

  4. Reschedule your trip immedately.  There's a second hurricane coming in behind Dean.

Some businesses are open, some aren't.  It might be best to make a few calls to the local tourism office to be certain.  Or check with a travel agent.

  5. Dean was really nothing in Cancun! We consider it a nonevent. Almost everything is back to normal.

We are having some wind gusts which keeps the humidity down.

The tourists that stayed in their hotel during Dean were laying on the beach, swimming in the pool or shopping today...and they have a great story for their friends and family back home.

Please call your travel agent to confirm your reservations before you come.

    Have a great vacation!

  6. Call a travel agent. They keep up on all that kind of stuff.
