I am going to Chalet Genepy in Zermatt, Switzerland. Anyone been there, can you tell me what its like?

I checked it out on the net and it looks very nice. It is rated as 4 star luxury, so I am sure you will like it very much.

p.s. I think you should be more concerned about the town itself and not the chalet so much. I don't know the exact location but the info from the linked webpage says that it........'is in the heart of the resort, a moment from the church square and less than ten minutes walk to the Gornergrat or Klein Matterhorn lifts. If you are unsure, then you can ask directions or take a taxi the first time, and maps are easily available.

I have been to Zermatt a number of years ago. It is a lovely little resort town, although very busy in the tourist season. Don't forget to take a train ride up to Gornergrat for great views

There are no petrol driven cars allowed, only electric...and when you are looking down on the town it is a little like looking down on a big electric train set with the little cars and taxis whizzing around. Hope you have fun.
