I am going to Crete,Hersonissos?

Question

and was wondering if anyone has been their before.I would like to know if their are any dolphin trips,or even better swimming with them.I am taking my 2 year old grandson with me,so any advice,tips will be helpfull Thank you

Hm Unfortunatly noone can't promisse u u gonna c dolphind really .. there r few but still very rare over here .. so good luck ... and

I was in Hersonnisos last year, and I am going again this year, later this month. I didn't actually stay IN Hersonnisos, but I stayed in Gouves, just beside Hersonnisos, which is a great holiday place. I went to Hersonnisos quite alot, and loved it. I came across this great little Mini-golf place, by the beach, which would be fun for a 2 year-old, there are also horse-and-carrage rides going along the seafront, which could also suit. I didnt go on a dolphin trip myself, but I saw many advertisements and posters about for them. In your hotel, go to reception and check the brochures and leaflets, and there should be one to do with dolphin trips. If you dont find a dolphin trip, there is a great aquarium in Gouves, which would only be about 15-20 minutes in a taxi from Hersonnisos ( if i remember correctly ).

wasnt actually in hersonissos but was just up the road in stalis. we went on the happy train (road  train between malia,stalis and hersonissos) and it looked really nice.

if you get the chance pop over to stalis its really nice and a little bit less hectic than either hersonissos or malia.
