  2. You don't mention what you are interested in doing/seeing so I would suggest that you check out the sites I've mentioned below. There are a lot of things to do in Dublin and lots of tours that you can take so that you will get a taste of the city.

Check out the Ghost bus tours, I've heard that these are great.

    Have fun!

  3. pay a visit to the GPO in Dublin one of the many sites of the 1916 raising

  5. hi you

i hope you enjoy you visit to Dublin like most cities in the world in Irish cities in the you will have to be careful but this should not put you have your visit if you never been to been to Dublin before i would go and see "coke park" the main Gaea ground and the home of the Gaea in Ireland today if you like wild live Dublin zoo

  6. You will love Dublin I'm sure.  I have been twice and hope to go again in the future.  It's a lively, busy city, full of interesting people.  There's so much to see and do - the city bus tours are a must and the drivers give a running commentary, which is quite funny at times (depending on the driver you get).  Try to see some of the out-lying places too.  Transport in the city is excellent.

Only thing I would say is, make sure you take more money with you than you think you will need, as I found it fairly expensive at times, and we spent alot more than intended.

Have a great time and may the luck of the Irish be with you!  ;)

  7. I'm not sure why you would want to go on your own as Dublin is a very social place but here goes: If you like shopping go to Grafton Street. If you like eating traditional food go to the smaller pubs that do meals. If you like sightseeing take a bus tour for a few hours and that may help you decide which sights you want to see such as the Guinness factory. If you like drinking you can go just about anywhere, the atmosphere is great and every one is sociable. Ask at your hotel for a bus map to help you find your way around. Have fun.
