Visit the historical sites in the city center.  You can get a city map for .50 cents from the Frankfurt hauptbahnhof's(main train station) tourist info office.

If you are there a few days, take a cruise on the Rhine river.  Take a train to Bingen stadt stop and cruise on the Rhine to Braubach, where you can see Marksburg Castle.  Then take the train to Rüdesheim and sight see that village - make sure you walk down the Drosselgasse and you can take a seilbahn/chair lift to the Niederwald monument.

see my answer to the question about Stuttgart.  Have fun, though!  There is a casino in Wiesbaden, about 25 ks from Frankfurt.  There are three breweries in Frankfurt, and they all have tours.  Also, if you like mussels, the MusselHouse in Sachenhausen is the b e s t !  There are a large number of South American steak houses in downtown Frankfurt and the meat is the tenderest I have had (besides Kobe beef from Japan).
