  1. bring some motion sickness pads and some perfume...ps you can buy the pads at a local drugstore

  2. I love flying!

Yeah, I know... kinda weird..... okay moving on.

    TURBULENCE-

I used to be scared of turbulence when I was little but its nothing to be afraid of! Turbulence is just air bumps. Kinda like when you drive on a bumpy street in a car, except turbulence is in the air. I always used to think that it was the airplane crashing. But its nothing to be afraid of! Take your ipod with you and listen to music if you get turbulence. (Which you don't always do). Or bring a neck pillow and try to fall asleep.

    TAKING OFF/LANDING-

Okay. Taking off and landing can make some people nautious but all you have to do is close your eyes and plug your ears. You'll look like a dork but I do it everytime- I swear by it! Plugging your ears EXTREMEMLY HARD will prevent them from popping- trust me it works better than chewing gum. (Which never really worked for me). Un-plug them when you are at whatever height your supposed to be at, or even a little before. Closing your eyes will help keep nausea away. Do the same thing(s) for landing.

    PLANE-

Okay yeah, the plane smells kinda weirdish. But its just a mixture of pretzels, drinks, air freshener, the fans, and yeah.. other airplane things. Bring a pillow or stuffed animals, and once you are relaxed and all buckeled up, put it up to your nose. It will make you feel better, I promise. After that- listen to music, read, look out the window (which I dont really like to do), eat, drink, relax- and think about how much fun you'll have when you get to Hawaii! Try to sleep a bit, too.

Before you know it- you'll be off the plane and in Hawaii! Have a fun and safe trip. =) (Dont worry bout a thing).

  3. You might want to consider dramamine, not necessarily for motion sickness, but it makes some people drowsy.  If extreme case, your physician might be willing to prescribe a single valium each way.

As far as the smell, get a SMALL bottle (for clearing security) of eucalyptus oil and dab under nose.  Just please don't use so much that your seatmates share in the sensation.

  4. take a cruise or put a  clip on ur nose

  5. Nose plugs!!!! Bring a B&B Works lotion and spray apply it and shiled  the spray!! If it makes you feel sick take Dramamine guaranteed you'll fall asleep!!!! I use it in the car.

  6. That day, right before you leave, spray your favorite perfume or body spray on your jacket or shirt, so whenever you feel like throwing up, you can just smell your favorite scent. Another tip is to take dramemime or get one of those car-sick patches or bands to put on your wrist.  And make sure to bring water and while you're on the plane, get Sprite, 7up, or Ginger Ale. It helps calm your stomach. Having a window seat helps. Also, eat a light breakfast and/or lunch. I know from a lot of experience on planes. Good Luck!

  7. try not too think about it too much, listen to music and just remember your gonna be in hawaii in a few hours!!
