Don't miss a trip to the Timanfaya national park. You are at the top of a volcano. The crust is so thin, they pour cold water in to a hole in the ground and a second later, it shoots back out boiling. You can go on a camel ride (camel's feet don't mind the hot ground), and the scenery is out of this world.

Jameos del Agua has caves formed by seawater boiling under molten lava. Stunning.
