  1. No, unfortunately they do bag checks when you are enterring the ground, to check if alcohol is being brought in. Alcohol is allowed to be bought from within the ground but not allowed to be brought into the gound. This is because they want to make money on the high priced drinks they sell.

  2. what??? i think you should now it's illegal to drink in public places and you are talking about cricket GROUND??????

  3. NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. As per  Order of the MCC Committee in accordance with MCC Rule 13.2,  small quantities of alcohol may be brought into the Ground, under the supervision of MCC who reserve the right to confiscate any quantity of alcohol from any spectator, and return it to such spectator at the end of the day’s play. The MCC Committee has set a limit of two pints of beer or one 75cl bottle of wine per spectator. Amounts of alcohol in excess of the limit will be confiscated. Under no circumstances will any spectator be re-admitted to the Ground at any time during the day if he or she is in possession of any alcohol.

Please check the following link for ground regulations at Lords::
