I would like a cheap cigarette similair to mayfair and how much are they. What do the locals tend to smoke

try 2000 or 2001 they are not a bad smoke and cheap too. Most of the smokers I  know in Turkey smoke Marlboro or Parliament, but my brother-in-law smokes the 2000s, that's why I know about them. I would be smoking them now if I hadn't given up six months ago.

Try the Monte Carlo.  They work out about £1.30 a packet.

If you buy your cigarettes in a tourist store they will be much more expensive.  Find somewhere which the locals use.  Superkings were 3.75 Turkish lira - about £1.50.  L&M were a bit cheaper.  Klassik were 2.50 turkish lira (about £1.05) but I didn't see any Mayfair.  L&M aren't bad though.
