I have been there long time ago, I have already forgot what I did last time.

I plan to take my family back there, please help me select the things to see and to do.

I have one day at each city.

Thank you

  1. Montreal;  The old port area, the "underground" which is connected malls and shops downtown and st catherines street in the evening.

Ottawa:  Museum of civilization (across the river in Hull, Quebec), rideau canal, parliament buildings

    Torornto

CN Tower, Ontario place, wonderland (theme park) or Ontario place.. if in town mid-august to september 07 the canadian national exhibition is worth a day.

  2. In Montreal I'd suggest a walking tour of the Old Port.  There is always a lot to see and do there, plus a lot of good places for a bite to eat as well.

In Ottawa, you should visit the parliament building.  I have been there several times and find it interesting every time.  Then make your way to the Byward market and shop a little.

In Quebec, be sure to visit La Citadelle.

    Enjoy your trip!

  3. A nice family thing for fun and exercise - go to Mount Royal, park in the the lot, and take a walk up to the the lookout. On the way back down, buy an ice cream at the Pavilion. (Montreal).

Ottawa - go to the Canada Aviaton museum. It's different and fun and educational for all.
