get public bus to anagnina for a euro then get the metro to the nearest stop which is lucio sestio for 70c

The cheapest way is the bus.

But It sounds as if you do not have the proper address.

There are a few words missing. I think it might be "Viale Dei Consoli Imperiali" Ciampino or could very well be Roma. Don't forget Ciampino is Half an hour travel Outside Rome
