  1. Toronto has a fantastic beach. Kew Gardens/Lake Ontario. For shopping - Toronto Eaton Centre/downtown. A lot of wonderful restaurants on Queen St. East. And it's pretty nice. Oh, the CN Tower, and Skydome, too.

  2. Things that you have to see for sure:

    The CN Tower

    Royal Ontario Museum

Young Dundas Square and Eaton Center (this area is great for shopping)

Black Creek Pioneer Village (just outside Toronto)

    Medieval Times

Chinese Lantern Festival at Ontario Place

Canada's Wonderland (just outside Toronto, in Vaughan)

    Casa Loma

    Hockey Hall of Fame

Look on the website toronto.com for everything you want to know about admission costs, dates/ times of festivals, and even more suggestions for you. Hope this helps :)

  3. If you enjoy smaller art festivals and events you can go onto nowtoronto.com--- click listings--- then Daily--

You can check out events going on in Toronto for every day of the week- there are art, music and club listings (both small and large)

Once you are in Toronto you can get the paper for free within the downtown core-

  4. Google city of toronto website and they will give you the low down. Good time to go as kids back in school so not as many people in town. Weather is not too hot/humid. Enjoy yourself!
