You should have received that info from you rcamp. Call and ask them...that way you won't forget anything and will have everything you need.

You shouldn't need too much money. If the camp has a camp store just bring a little something for snacks and souveniers.

The basics would be clothes (mainly stuff that can get dirty. always pack a few extra pairs of socks and underware; and don't forget pjs!), toiletries (toothbrush, hairbrush, etc), sleeping bag and pillow, swim stuff (suit, towel, flip flops), tennis shoes (so you can play games and go on hikes or whatever), SUNSCREEN!!!, bug spray, water bottle...

And if you know of any special activities the camp does that you would need something specific for you would obviously bring that bring that. (For example when I used to go to horse camp I would have to bring my riding pants and helmet. At band camp you would need your instrument...)

Some kids like to take a book to read during down time. Cards are always good so you can play a game with the other kids there. And if your camp does some sort of talent show you could bring something for that.

Don't forget to tell your credit card companies you will be on vacation. Also, one of those plastic over the door shoe holders are wonderful for holding all of your stuff.
