I think you mean that you're looking for good food for your birthday, and that you wonder which country's food you should sample on that special day.  Well, I say that you can hardly go wrong with good Italian food.  It's festive and fun, and everyone generally has a good time at these places.  Also, Indian is a delight for the senses.  I would say you should read some reviews of fun, tasty places in your area, and not worry so much about which country it represents as much as the flavor and the atmosphere!  Happy Birthday!
