I would guess customer service associate, since there isn't a stocker option.

If you want to organize the clothes on the racks and answer customers questions if they have them, customer service associate. If you want to organize the clothes in the back(like in the boxes and on the shelves in the back behind the scenes) then that is overnight stock team.

and sorry this is kind of wierd..but i am also trying to apply to kohls...are you doing it online? i cannot figure out how..
