I have -10 hours of Vacation time. Half way through the year I took a week off and they said that was okay. Now 4 months laters, I still ower 10 hours but the thing is.... In my Employee hand book it says Vacation time is accrued at the rate of .192 days biweekly and .1667 days for sick hours but on my paycheck each two weeks they have been adding 1.54 hours each two weeks.... it's still a new company... have they made a mistake and what can I do it about it?
