  1. Each of the 10 Provinces, and 3 Territories  in Canada , has it's OWN regulations, so it would be great if you told us WHICH ONE you  are going  to be  travelling in ?

    Tell us the information and maybe we can help you. Guessing isn't a good idea.

  2. Weight limit is only restricted by what your pickup is capable of safely towing. There is no specific restriction on weight for non-commercial vehicles - some RV trailers have a GVWR of over 15000 pounds, add a diesel pickup and all the gear, you are up to 25000 or more.

  3. because you are coming to Canada for a commercial purpose it would be advisable to contact the minsitry of transport in the province where you will be travelling in.  They may want you to get weighed and pay or they may just say have a nice race
