  1. Single day ticket prices are:

$56.00 for each kid aged 3 to 9 years.

$66.00 for each person aged 10 to whatever

    Parking costs are:

    $11.00 for Cars and motorcycles

$13.00 for Oversize vehicles, motor homes and tractors without trailers

$18.00 for Buses and tractors with extended trailers

so umm i think youll want to bring alot of $$ just thinking out looud

  2. Make sure you have comfortable clothing and shoes.

I was there a couple of months ago, and went to the park for 3 days and I was able to see and ride everything I wanted so you should have plenty of time.

If you want to eat at some of the restaurants in the park (particularly in New Orleans Square or Blue Bayou area) make reservations.

As for the Nemo ride - the line everyday we were there was over and hour long... I asked a couple of the Disney employees who were manning the line if it was worth the wait and they said "No" - if the line is short, give it a try - they said it wasn't that much different than the submarines they previously had - just now a Nemo theme, geared for the younger folks.  However you will be there 6 days, so......

  3. You can get discounted admission tix or check out mousesavers.com for deals.

If you like pineapple, try the dole whip at the tiki room.  It's yummy!

The subs are worth it only if the line is less than 45 minutes.

Space Mountain is my favorite at disneyland, and cali screamin is my favorite at cali adventure.

Get fastpasses for the popular rides. It'll save you lots of time.  Get your space mountain pass early in the day cause they sometimes run out.  Try the monte cristo sandwich and the mint julep at cafe orleans.

I'm not fond of toontown.  Too crowded and annoying.

Cali screamin , mulholland madness, and soarin' have single rider lines, which are usually pretty fast (like 5 minutes).

    Have lots of fun!

  4. Since you're going to Disneyland for 5 and a half days, you can easily do every single ride and show at both parks (more than once).

Do absolutely everything, meet every character, and have an awesome time.

  5. The Nemo Ride is great!  It is a long line though, but since you have plenty of time I think you should wait in it.

Look around for the Year of a Million Dreams stuff.  Look for the people wearing the Year of a Million Dreams outfits.  You just might win something!

The rides are always less crowded when parades are on and late at night.  And getting fast passes can save you an hour wait sometimes!

    Have fun!

  6. i did the nemo ride it was ok

  7. You will definitely be there long enough to check out EVERYTHING! Here's some lists of things you should check out:

    Restaurants:

Blue Bayou- this restaurant is located INSIDE the pirates of the caribbean ride! but fyi, it is very expensive and you WILL need reservations

Character Dining- great for younger kids, you get to dine w/ all your fav characters! these places are located @ goofy's kitchen and storybook cafe, just to name a couple.

and a couple of my favorite places to dine are Village Haus which has a Pinocchio theme and Cafe Orleans(two years ago they gave me a limited edition Pirates pin commemorating the second movie!), and Taste Pilots Grill in Cali Adventure is great as well

    Rides

EVERYTHING- you definitely have enough days, just make sure you don't overlook things like the Mark Twain Riverboat(if you ask, they will let you steer it!) and the mainstreet vehicles(if you get there early in the morning, theyll drive you all the way up to the front of the castle!)

Experiences- They have early park admissions on certain days of the week that you should check into since they give you all the perfect photo opportunities without any crowds in the background! also attend the second performances of parades and fireworks because there are less people and more visibility, and go to the emporium and penny arcade too in main street!

    Disney Secrets:

Read up on your disney and cali adventure secrets @ hiddenmickeys.org.  They will make the entire vacation that much more enjoyable. one of my favorite secrets, "did you know that one of the skulls on pirates of the caribbean is an ACTUAL HUMAN SKULL that they never replaced during the refurbishings?" THERE ARE TONS MORE LIKE THAT!

hope you enjoy your stay and that this helps:)
