I am going to europe ,whait is better buy euro in USA or buy euro in Europe , i am going to germany and italy.Thank you very much at all you people out there . CIRO

Don't buy Euro in either place.  You will get much better rates by just using your ATM card to get Euro than you would by actually exchanging money.  Currency exchanges usually charge very high commissions, while with an ATM it's usually only a 1-2% commission.  If you must change money for whatever reason, you will get better rates in Europe than in the US.

I would say there is not too much difference in the rates. Buying Euros in States makes it easier because you can check the rates at different institutions and try to get a good deal. In Europe rates may vary a lot and they usually charge comission.
