I have tried many; I've ended up with streaks and tooo much orange.. I go to a local tanning salon. I think it's best to have a person with an airbrush spray on your tan, NOT a machine. They will do a touch up too. Call around for prices, mine is usually $20-30. I shower every day and my color stays on about 2 weeks.

This is what I do before I go:

Take a shower, wash my hair and exfoliate skin!

- Especially elbow & knees.

After shower, I apply LOTS of lotion and paint my nails.

I wait one hour for lotion to really get absorbed.

Apply more lotion to bottom of feet and palms of hands. Put wear flip-flops and very lose clothing.

After spray tan I do not shower for at least 7 hours.
