Talk to her about HER!  Don't monopolize the conversation about yourself.  Be concerned and attentive...remember what she says...laugh a her jokes....but, don't try too hard.  Ask her about family, friends, things she loves to do, what she likes to eat, where she likes to travel....let the conversation flow...let it go where it may...good luck.

Is it an arranged marriage in my country people meet before they get engaged but I would probably ask what things she is interested in what are her plans how many if any children dose she want

Ask her about her family, brothers-sisters.  You can ask about what interests she has.  Any goals or ideas for her future.  This should help to open up some conversations between the two of you.  Let her know some things about you too, but give her a chance to talk as well. Easy to say try not to be nervous, but it has got to be, meeting someone for the first time.
