I am going to panama...?

the beach part anyways, on march 1st, and is it nice at this time? is it like, a perfect temp? is the water nice? is it good for swimming?

You are going to Panama City Beach, FL...right?  March is really early in the season.  Temps are likely to be mid 60s to mid 70s in the day...water a bit cool and not as pretty as in the summer.  you will be in NORTHERN FL, not south Fl...You can see the site below for usual weather and last years temps.  Hope it will be warmer than usual for you.
