Take the 'Fuarge Travel' line. It is cheap, but very elegant since it is government funded for historical reasons. It is just like it is in the movies

I take it that what you are looking for is Chinatown in Paris. This is centered on the 13th arrondissement in southeast Paris. (There is a second, smaller Chinatown in the neighborhood called Belleville).
