Are there any restaurants within walking distance of the Pacheco Playhouse on Ignacio Blvd?

I am looking for a restaurant that's not outrageously expensive, but still a "real" restaurant (NOT a fast food/drive-in). Pizza or hamburger joints are fine. It's okay if the restaurant is "nice" as long as the meal does not exceed $15 per person.

I'd prefer for it not to be a chain restaurant, like Lyon's, but if that's the only eatery within walking distance of the Pacheco Playhouse, then I'd gladly take it.
