In case you are not aware,there has been a dramatic surge in violence especially in Northern Mexico recently,people being asssinated in the streets,by the drug-cartel Mafia,tourists being robbed,even kidnapped.etc....Its very bad !! please check the website of the US DEPARTMENT OF STATE, you'll find out important things there,regarding trips to Mexico !

its really really hot. and be care full there is allot of violence. i man allot. oh and do not drink the water its dirty. it turns your teeth yellow. bring cool cloths. shorts. tank tops. the rodes are very bumpy. guamuchi is very pretty. but still hot and violence. :] stay safe. and have fun.

I'd like to mount a campaign to encourage people not to go anywhere. Travel has become so expensive and unpleasant that it's hard to understand why people don't stay home.

Why are we crowding our highways and airports to get someplace else? Newspapers and magazines are filled with ads trying to get us to travel. They want us to go somewhere - anywhere but home.

It'll be hot, drink liquids.  Bottled water is available in every small grocery store. I wouldn't worry about the crime, etc. as usual, the petty crime can be more of a problem for you. Keep things in the trunk out of sight to people walking by.  Use common sense and you'll have a great time.

Mexico is just a great place to travel, the people are friendly and very helpful.  Enjoy.
