  1. Well I would recommend something fresh green and leafy. Like a salad. Ask the waiter about nutritional food servings something that will satisfy you. I hope this helps there should be something for people who are dieting.

    Good Luck!!!

    God bless you!!!! ;)

  2. Any of the grilled fish with the chef's vegetables should be alright...as long as they don't slather the stuff in butter...

I would personally go for the grilled salmon...

  3. For low carb and low cal foods, pick proteins like grilled fish, no pasta, just a salad with the dressing on the side. Don't eat the bread, and don't order dessert, maybe just a decaf coffee with a little Splenda stirred in. :)

  4. please use spell check, so that the second half of your question is readable.  If you want to order lo carb, lo cal then you should avoid fried food and starches.  Order a broiled fish, steamed vegetables, and plain iced tea.

  5. Grilled or blackened salmon with a salad (lo-cal dressing) and vegetable.  Drink iced tea or diet soda.  Keep in mind that if you go for the raw oysters, you can have them leave out the crackers.

Thanks for the menu...I'm in Florida and we have one in Brandon!  Looks yummy!

  6. best bet is to go with stuff that is steamed.i have never went on a low carb diet but i have done low calorie.when looking at menu's usually if they have a low calorie section it is steamed.good luck

  7. I also enjoy salmon and mahi-mahi - get it grilled with no butter.  Make sure your salad has a low-fat/low-calorie dressing on the side and dip your salad in the dressing rather than put the dressing on the salad.

Have your steamed veggies - ask for no butter and don't eat the crackers if you DO get the oysters.

Your server should be able to help you out.

Enjoy your dinner and good luck!

  8. I would get the Mahi Mahi....it is so good....when I went to Hawaii that was all I ate, fresh Mahi Mahi... it is so good, its my fav fish.

Get the salad that comes with it, and instead of fries or rice, get the steamed veggies....you will be surprised at how delicious a meal it is.

when you go to a restaurant its easy to get healthy food....just stay away from anything fried, or with creamy or buttery sauce all over it. any meat that is grilled will be way less in calories and fat, and the lighter the color of meat, the less fatty it is....chicken and fish are a better choice that red meat. then you always substitute the fatty side dishes, like rice, fries, pasta for steamed or grilled veggies, salad or fruit. drinks....iced tea, lemon water, grapefruit juice....but if you want a drink drink, stick with red wines...or bacardi and diet coke. no beer! beer is so fattening....

have a great time at dinner!
