If you don't wear a tampon then you will bleed down your legs, and also into the water. Just wear a tampon, especially so you don't embarrass yourself.

I have the exact same question! I asked around and I heard that if yo go swimming with your period you won't bleed. When you get in the water it gets cut off. I don't know if it's healthy or not but I do it. I don't like using tampons because it's just scary. That's my opinion. Hope this helped.

definitely wear a tampon or don't swim. It might be a bit tricky and uncomfortable for you to put it in, but once it's there you won't even know.

If you wear nothing, you will bleed everywhere, if you wear a pad the pad will absorb all the water and the sticky parts won't be very sticky then you might loose the pad out the back of your swimmers.  Won't that be embarassing!

read the instuctions on the leaflet inside the tampon pack, or buy the ones with the applicators so you aren't sticking your fingers everywhere

If you dont wear a tampon, you WILL bleed in the pool. Tampons are super simple to use, im mean hey, ive had my period for only like a year and i use them. Use a tampon, or dont swim.

If u dont wear a tampon then u will bleed all over yourself and in the pool. You will be very embarrased!!

Ask your mom about using tampons. If not your mom a sister or aunt!

or yo can wear 2 bikini bottoms

or wear 2 bikini bottoms and a pad
