  1. don't wear thin cloths

  2. The truth is that sometimes it hurts othertimes it doesn't I got hit once in the square of the back and it hurt but i goes away in like 5 seconds and unless you get hit point blank you'll be fine but wear a shirt then and old sweatshirt and heavy jeans and you won't feel a thing.

  3. Um, I would say it hurt about 4/10. It's not awful, it really depends where you get hit. It only really hurts when the paintball doesn't explode on impact (I think that's called a bouncer?) and that's when it bruises and hurts a fair bit.

  4. ha. i guess it all depends. if you go and see a couple dudes at the range with some awesome paintball guns, careful. these guys know what they're doing. do your best to join their team.

don't run alone in the open. try your best to run in bursts (run, hide, run, hide, etc.)

as for softening the blow, chances are if you're shot from far away, it won't be too bad. but if you're shot at close quarters, there ain't much you can do other than bruise. ha ha. you can wear a couple layers, i guess that'll help the bruise a bit, but i've worn three layers of thick clothing and have gotten some purple welts before (and i don't recommend it as you will sweat a lot and it will be harder to run).

don't rule out getting shot in the d**k too. that can and might happen.

  5. it doesn't really hurt that bad when it happens, because your adrenaline is pumping. it'll hurt like the next day when your bruises show up! don't worry, its not that bad. plus the little bit of pain is worth the fun experience!

  6. Maybe a 2, it can leave a bruise but not usually.

  7. I was asking the same question not too long ago.. but I went with a few of my friends and it was AWESOME!!! haha lol.. I'm dying to go back. but I packed sooo many extra clothes to take with me and it was sooo hot out I didn't even bother putting them all on.. so i just wore 2 long sleeve shirts and just 2 pairs of under armor pants and a face mask and I was all set to go. I was kinda unlucky cuz the first shot that I got was in the collar bone lol. I stung right when it happened but it wore off after about a minute. I also got shot in the ***, head and mask(does not taste good!!) lol.. i found those hurt the least though lol... But depending on where you get hit, it can leave quite a welt, especially if the ball doesn't break lol.. but I still would say that the pain level is about a 2.5 and thats mostly for the pain you'll feel in the following days .. but its not that bad lol.

but trust me, paintballing is a blast!

  8. All u need to do is where some thick clothes....

    like a jacket

if it gets to hot u just gotta take it.

its gonna sting a little bit.....

make sure u dont get hit in the same spot.....

    then it will hurt

  9. Okay, first off...

I've never gone paintballing, but I've heard that it does hurt when you get hit. It's more of a sport rather than just going to have fun. People have died from it - but it's really rare; like if you get hit in the face without protection. I'd be worried, too.

But just try it; you might like it.

Best answer? I need points really, really, really bad lol

  10. Keep your mouth closed.  Stuff tastes awful if you get hit in the mask.

  11. You cant even get a scratch from paintballing, there's nothing to be afraid about! it stings a little, but not a bad sting, its like 1/1000000th of a medical shot. Just go and have fun

dont worry about the guy above, i once went paintballing without a just a white t-shirt.

    Or maybe it's just me.
