  1. What ever color card you may pocess, your question should be clear in the second line ,like this. How can I come to india with my would be wife to conduct the marriage in India. Is it clear?

  2. unfortunately, your wife can't come to the US with you. you have to file for a spousal visa for her to come in the US.

  3. Talk to a lawyer.

  4. If you are a permanent (not a conditional) greencard holder, you can go get married, but there is no way to bring your wife here.  You cannot get a fiance visa to bring her here to get married either.  Non-citizens cannot sponsor immigrants!  That includes spouses.

If you get married in India, you will have to apply for a spousal visa for your wife after the marriage.  She must remain in India and cannot come to the US under any circumstances until the spousal visa is approved.  It will take at least five years for the visa to be approved.

  5. Not only will you have to file an immigrant visa petition before you can bring your wife, but that petition won't be valid for use for 5 years after it's filed. It would fall into the F2a immigrant visa category. So, unless she can find some other status of her own, you'll have a very long wait ahead of you.
