I am growing Habanero, brown beauty and thai Chile peppers. ?

I am wondering if they are full grown, do I have to wait for them to change color or if i pick them will they change on their own.

  1. I grew habaneros I waited till they turned orange. If you slice and seed your peppers they can be frozen.  


  2. Pick them AFTER they have turned the color you desire.

  3. Wait until they are the color you desire. In fall, you will want to pick them before frost. Most of them should turn color, but loose a little heat. Also, if it is heat that you want, plant them close together...The more the roots are stressed, the more hot the pepper.
