I am h4 visa holder and i want to visit india without my husband.is it possible?

i came in usa on date 5th sept.2007.my husband have h1b visa

If your h4 visa is valid and a passport is not expired you can go back to India and re enter USA without your husband.

What you cannot do is enter USA when your H1B holder husband is still back in India. And also you cannot stay in USA when your H1B holder husband goes out of USA, you will have to travel out of USA with him.

Going back to India when your husband is still in USA and coming back to USA is not a problem at all, you can do it.
