I am hatching duck eggs and one of them is bleeding while it is hatching . is that normal should i help it?

Yes this is normal, it is only the membrane that the chick was in, the only time that they may need help is if they have dried out too much, but it is touch and go for them to survive being helped out, much better to let them get on with it themselves. It is very rare to get a 100% hatch !!  I know this because my husband and I hatched thousands of Pheasants and Partridge for many years.
