I am having a BBQ tonight. I usally just eat and eat and eat. How can I have healthy eating habits?

I am having a BBQ and there will be lots of food there. How can I convience myself not to eat it? How can I not eat so much food? Please helpl!!!

  1. Every time you eat a serving of something, drink 3 glasses of water before you eat anything else.


  2. I agree, just drink a butt load of water before and you won't be able to eat that much.

  3. do not drink, alcohol enhances appetite - a lot. Eat something before the barbecue, like a light salad, and drink water with gas, to be more full. At the barbecue, drink pure gas water in between dishes - to feel more full. Eat everything with salad on the side, and it should be light salad with vinegar, lemon juice or little oil, no mayo.

    Eat a slice or two of pineapples - it's a natural appetite suppressant.

    On the whole - get yourself appetite suppressants from a pharmacy. They help for 3-4 weeks, then your body will get used to it.  Use this time to establish a healthy eating routine - you need to shrink your stimach.  

  4. Drink lots of water. And I mean lots. You won't be able to eat much.
