breastfeed. I already have self confidence issues with my b*****s being small (like a 34 b and not a full one before I got preg.) and I have heard that breastfeeding makes your b***s smaller and saggy. If I choose not to nurse will the get smaller or maintain the same size and possibly be larger than before? I can't afford implants and my husband would never let me get them anyway, He likes the all natural woman. I just don't want to be depressed about this everytime I look into the mirror. What should I do

  1. your b***s will be saggy, with or without breast feeding! i have 5 children the first two were not breastfed but they were still saggy, but they didn't get any smaller. if you do not breastfeed anytime you go anywhere your b***s will leak milk through your shirt. you will have to buy these pads (which are VERRYYYY expensive!) but if you do beastfeed your b***s will HURT and you will get a bunch of caliss on your nipple!! plus you will have killer contractions!! so your best bet would be to pump!

  2. Don't pay attention to all those negative comments. Try it for yourself.  Breastfeeding is a wonderful experience for you and the baby.  It is nutritionally the best choice for baby.  The contractions are temporary and will disappear shortly after giving birth. It's just your uterus getting back to normal size - that's good.  The nipples may be irritated at first, but you can put cream on them to soothe them, and you get used to it fast.

If you're concerned about your appearance, consider that all the calories the baby is consuming (up to 600 a day!) are coming from you - so you lose that pregnancy weight fast.  Your b*****s will be fuller and larger during breastfeeding.  It's not usually uncomfortable. They go back to normal when you stop.  Don't worry about it.  It's a natural process and you will be beautiful before, during, and after.

  3. Pregnancy is what changes your b*****s- not breastfeeding. Every woman is different. Sometimes they'll be bigger, sometimes smaller, almost always saggier... but there will be changes whether you breastfeed or not.

  4. You just never know.  Mine were big before....got bigger while I nursed...and went back to their normal size after.  Some get a little bigger...some get smaller.  Every woman is different and there is no way to know.  I agree...there are nice bra's out there.  Really, b***s r not a big deal.  Your baby will have u busy enough.

  5. it wont matter if your breast feed or not, after having a baby your b***s are going to change. They could be bigger, smaller, prolly sag a lilttle but that is the cost of bringing a child into the world.

  6. Really what does it matter about whether your b***s grow or shrink. There are some great bras on the market now that make your b***s look great, whether they are large or tiny or in between.

The main thing to be thinking about is your child. If it is possible for your lifestyle give this baby the best start in life by breastfeeding. Breast milk contains everything a little one needs, has immunities from your own body, is always there, no allergic reactions, convenient, no sterilising, no mixing formulas, no measuring amounts, no cost in buying formula, etc etc.

And it does stimulate contractions and brings your uterus back into position faster and is often recommended for this.

Also I have found that when breastfeeding my 3 children I filled out the tops of my dresses and blouses very nicely. There was more clevage there than ever before! Went back to normal size after the babies were weaned.
