I am having a communications snafu and am unable to get confirmation of delivery of my emails to my president.

Yes, this would be normal because he has a very busy schedule. I got a birthday card from President and Mrs. Bush from the White House, and they told me to send back the card with a large donation for the President's birthday. I never sent anything back. They only send me information and letters in the mail, requesting me to send them money. I just throw all of this stuff in the garbage can.
