i am having a huge problem in registering my brother product online.reasonably speaking,i have purchased the product in 2004,august 17 from a staples store in long island city,ny.however,my contact number at the time was (718)752-9131 but now has changed to (347)730-4882.having said that,i would like to bring your attention that my computer recently upgraded from sp1 to sp3, as well as from internet explorer6 to internet explorer7 and have discovered that my printer is not printing,at all.interestingly,i can print from word pad however i cannot print directly from my mfc-3220c device. therefore i would like obtain further information on how i could configure my account information. yours truly, petrona mckenzie
