I am having a party for teens i need to know what kind of music they like and the food they like to eat?

most teens like hip hop but ask some of the teens what kind of music they like. Finger foods are good, example, chips, pizza bites, pig in a blanket, wings and many more. For games really don't know

Music genre varies from hip hop/dance like Ice Cube and Pussycat Dolls to Rock like Linkin Park and Kid Rock.  Should be able to somewhat dance to it.  Guys still like some competitive physical sports so maybe just having a hoop set up for basketball and some kind of electronic set up like a WI where another group can excel at an area where they are comfortable.  When my kids had parties, they were most successful when you had a variety of events- physical, electronic, areas of just hanging, and things in between.  They really are not looking for a particular organized itinerary if you will but rather options that do not intimidate but still challenge if they stroll to a particular "station" if you will.  Food- things like Mountain Dew in its different forms as well as bottled water and Doritos, junk foods dips, and party trays and everything that makes you cringe when you see them eat- the most wholesome food in their lives at this point is probably Taco Bell- think along those lines.  When you say teens; I assume that is under drinking age- personal experience we had to call the police to break up a very successful party (in a good and anonymous way) when alcohol did make it to what was probably 400 kids- please do not let me scare you here.  They were fun  times.  Wal Mart and Target would be good places to go  to- and ask the kids who work there for more advice- they are at their age.

Most teens like top 40's pop music. I would check out I tunes. Food-keep it simple and fattening. Chips, dips, pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers.  Games-I wouldn't try unless they area video games. They usually like to mingle

for teens keep it simple.. Pizza, chips, pop, finger foods. Depending on the size of your party you could always go to GFS to get food and plates and plastic silverware. If it is too big of a party for you to cook you can always just order pizza or get a party sub from subway. Serve a selection of chips and cookies maybe some cut up fruit with a cream cheese dip. As far as games, depends on where you are having the party. Most teenagers love Guitar Hero if you are having a small party inside and already have a game system.
