I am guessing that you are not from N. America or you would not be asking the question.  I will assume that you are from Europe somewhere.  I don't know how other countries sell their booze to the public but there must be a store that sells only wine or beer or spirits.  If you are young and not experienced in this area, I would ask an older person who you think would know this.  I am also sure that Europe has it's fair share of wineries, that would be one place to go for wine.
