I am having a problem finding information.....?

Can somebody tell me how to find out the outcome of a past hearing. An acquaintance has been incarcerated for quite some time, and I know his court dates, but how do I find out what was done in court, or at least the sentence?

It's a matter of public record. Simple call the courthouse and find out how to obtain a record of the trial. There are instances that they won't give it out and it does take some time for it to get filed and available in some cases.
