Are you going to have champagne or anything at the spa? If so, try individual champagne cakes. Those are very yummy and very easy to make (search google for recipes)

Make it in the shape of a face, use food coloring to make a light green color, put cucumber slices for the eyes, and use frosting or candy to make a mouth and hair, or you could use a napkin to make a towel for the head.
