I am having a wedding on the beach and I am trying to find the day with the best weather to have it on.?

I want to have the wedding most likely in the lincoln city oregon area. I am trying to find a place where it won't be so windy. I was trying to get the weather report in that area in the last two years so I can pick a summer date where I am sure it will be sunny on that day and not rainy. Does anybody have any answers for me?
