I am having an Arthroscopy on wendsday, any advice?

On Wednesday, I am having an Arthroscopy. They said they will need to put a IV in my arm, and I am afraid of needles. Any advice?

P.S. I am thirteen.

Usually those surgical i.v. people are THE BEST at inserting needles, you may barely feel it, they are THAT good!  You'll do great, and your knee will feel soooo much better!  Good luck!  You'll do fine.

The needle may sting for a minute   dont worry its not bad. listen to your doctor They will help
