definitely beach! you could get little Hawaiian skirts, leis, have fruity drinks and play in a pool or lay out...

Hire someone to come do make-up or nails. Have lots of pink and rhinestones (rhinestones look cute on the tables like confetti)

ask a bunch of people from your class to preform there in your party. My b-day was great. We blew up like 200 balloons and put them all over the floor. Hawaiian is also great then you can get tropic fruits, pinapples and stuff as a center peice. Or you can have a pijama party. Or an All blue (or other color) like blue candy, cups, plates, table clothes, forks knives and spoons, drinks, icing on the cake, and EVERYTHING:p hope this helped
