What do you think these symbalize? No, I am not high, please don't answer with snide remarks. Whenever I screama t someone in my dream, all of my tension releases but I am always making a fool of myself and being irrational.

  1. Most likely you feel powerless in some area of your life and it causes you to want to lash out at others.  You realize that it is not their fault on some level, which is why you recognize that you are not being rational.

    Take control of your life and the dreams will likely stop.
