I am having muscle spasms that are so hard it actually feels like a baby kicking! Has anyone had this?

It started 3 days ago after a really bad case of diarrhea then I started having these small muscle spasms once in a while during the night and it has been 4 days and it is so hard and intense you can actually watch this happen through my shirt that I wear,it has a movement like a babys first time kick and I can not have anymore because of a partial hysterectomy. What could this be????? Help Please! Tina

I think what you are feeling is Gas. After the birth of my daughter by C-Section  I had alot of gas. It did feel like a baby kicking and my stomach would move. . You said you had a really bad case of diarrhea so your iintestinal track is all messed up.  I would think it is anything to worry about.
