  1. Valium may put you to sleep but I doubt it. It will help you relax.

  2. I had all 4 removed at the same time and i was given laughing gas and was conscience. It really will be fine

  3. FYI this only serves to calm and relax you it will not knock you out

  4. No valium won't put you to sleep.  It will relax you though, and that should be good.  They gave me valium, too, but then gave me general anasthesia as well.  Good luck.

  5. I had the valium when I had my wisdom teeth out. It doesn't put you to sleep, but it sure makes your seem asleep. You will be so drugged that you really don't care. it also seems to go so much faster. I thought mine only took like half an hour, when really it took 3 hours. You are going to do great, but just make sure you have a little time to relax before. Just read a book or watch a good movie. Follow the ibuprophen regime before and that should help you afterwards.

      Good luck!!

  6. Now i've had baby teeth pulled while conscious. They rub a mild pain killer on you before injecting you with a much better one, and sort of just yank them out. But in all fairness baby teeth are much smaller compared to wisdom teeth. I thought they did a great job and didn't feel anything. In addition it was a very quick procedure and the numbing wore off in about six hours (careful not to bite your cheeks). However i've read that with wisdom teeth it depends on how they come in. In some cases the patient is knocked out and a full surgery takes place.
