  1. you can only open them or see them in individual mail- they do not store on the group.  would have to know the mail provider you're using to help


  2. well if it show you a small paper clip..just click on that and it should open it for you and if it does and you like to say it the picture or doc..just put your mouse over the picture or doc and right click and save
